Admission
The school has a very transparent admission process ensuring quality of the admitants.
- The school is open for admission both for boys and girls. The school year begins
in the month of April and ends in the month of March.
- Registration for Lower K.G. is done in the month of January. The minimum age of
admission of Lower K.G. (3.5) years and maximum age is 4.5 years . At the time of admission
child’s recent passport size photo must be affixed to the registration form. New
admission to other classes will be done in the month of March, subject to the vacancies
in each class. The school sets a maximum age for each standard.
- Guardians are requested to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent
change will be permitted for any reason whatsoever.
- The right of admission as well as the mode of admission is entirely reserved with
the school authorities. And decisions taken on the admissions or withdrawals are
final.
- Every new student must bring the following:
- A transfer certificate, if the pupil comes from a recognized school.
- The municipal Birth Certificate in case of non-Christians and a Baptismal certificate
in case of Christians or notified area certificate If the child has not attended
any school before.
procedure for withdrawal
- The principal has the right to suspend or dismiss a student without specifying any
reason; if she is satisfied that such a step is needed in the interest of the school.
- Any student falling two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in
three consecutive years will be struck off the rolls and transfer certificate will
be issued on request.
- Students can be withdrawn or removed from the school as under:
By the Parents
By giving one calendar month’s notice in writing. In the absence of such notice
one month’s fee will be charged.
By School
- Constant weakness in studies.
- Irregularity in attendance
- Unbecoming behavior.
- Over-age in class
- Non-payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment.
- Transfer certificate of any other extract from the school will be given only those,
who have settled all their dues. Application for the same should be made in writing
by the parents, at least 10 days in advance. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for issuing
a school leaving certificate.
- Students who have been withdraw or requested to be withdraw, will not be re-admitted
to the school.
