Promotions are given on the basis of one year’s work and not merely on marks scored in the final exam. Every student must be present for the terminal exams and the class tests. The average of these is taken at the end of the year; Class work and home work are assessed and rewarded.
It is compulsory for the students to have 75% attendance in a year to make them eligible for promotion to the next class.
Students absent from an examination or a test for any reason whatsoever, are not re-examined and those absent from an examination or a test without genuine reasons will be considered as having failed.In case of illness, a Medical Certificate must be produced. Request
For anticipation or postponement of exams or test will not be entertained at all.
No candidate will be admitted to any of the examination unless all school dues have been paid. Certificate or progress will be withheld from students who have arrears of fees.
Willful break of any of the regulations for the conduct of examination or if subsequently discovered, with canceling of the paper.
The minimum passing marks in each subject is 40 percent.
No grade will be given if a student has failed or absented himself or herself any subject. Promotion is not granted to those students who fail in two subjects or whose academic performance in the previous class in very dismal.
Result declared at the end of the year is final in all the classes and will not be reconsidered.
